The Commissary Plan includes 24 hours of kitchen rental per month and overnight use of our Walk-In Refrigerator. Refrigerator space is limited to 3 full-size 4" deep restaurant pans or the equivalent total.
**Additional kitchen hours are available at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
