The Pop Up Restaurant Shared Station Plan is set up to enable vendors to sell fresh food through a window to the market. The plan has a $900 up front monthly charge, which counts towards approx. 36-45 hours of station use/month, depending on hours scheduled. Additional hours used during the month are billed in arrears according to the current schedule/price list. The plan includes the use of 1 sidewalk A-frame, an in-market menu board, and use of the upstairs loft tables for customer seating. The plan also includes 1 dedicated space in the walk-in fridge, 1 dry storage cubby and 1/2 large shelf by the back entrance. Additional storage needs may be added at standard rates.
